APEX STILL NOT LAUNCHING (TWO WEEKS LATER & MAJOR UPDATE)

Good morning,


It has been over two weeks now since I've been unable to launch Apex after their end of July update for Easy Anti-Cheat. I have tried all available fixes supplied by EA, and told a hot-fix would be released before the new season 14. I've updated this morning and still facing the same issue. I've wasted so many hours of my life trying to fix this issue and I had purchased event skins right before the Update through steam. I see this bug/issue is not a priority to Respawn and would like a full refund of my money and this is ridiculous now.

    uninstall origin and apex again after update not just update uninstall it all. i did that and im back in bro hope it works

    @omb_Azr1el Glad to hear you finally got on! I'm using steam, tried reinstalling steam today when I still couldn't launch after season 14 update, no success. I've already re-downloaded the game 4 times (once on origin) trying to fix this along with all the earlier solutions we tried in the other thread. It's quite pathetic the lengths we go to and time we waste to get this game working. If i ever get on, certainly wont be spending any more money on it, also canceling EA-play. Additionally Respawn/Apex socials still haven't acknowledge the issue, so pathetic.

    I also wasn't able to get on using Origin. I tried to reach EA on twitter yesterday and they replied to at 4am in the morning, EST and then said they cancelled our chat lol. I did just notice that the person who created this thread had very similar specs to me, and now I'm curious to know what range of hardware people are having this issue on?

    If anyone sees this and still has this issue, what's your hardware? I've got an i7 8700K, GTX 1080. OP had the same thing but a 1080 Ti.
