Apex stuck at 60 fps using a 240 hertz monitor

It is likely that you have some limiter for your fps e.g. Nvidia control panel or AMD settings or even Apex command line prompt may have max fps limiter (if your monitor refresh rate factually is 240Hz). Make a clean install of graphics drivers and if that does not help, set command line option in apex to unlimited.
