Apex stuck at 60FPS on 144Hz Monitor

My game is stuck at 60Hz when it's supposed to be at 144hz. Was working as intended before. The game shows my fps is working correctly but still only see 60. For whatever reason, it's only happening in Fullscreen, windowed and borderless windowed work fine.

- yes VSYNC is OFF, both in-game and in my Nvidia settings

-yes my monitor is on 144hz, and other games show it properly, Nvidia is also on 144Hz

-repaired game, didn't work

-set fps max and other commands to 144, didn't work

-didn't change any settings, just happened suddenly

-not a spec issue, can get up to 200 fps constantly

Please help, this * is stupid
