Apex Stuttering 11.12.2021

Playing on Laptop

Gtx 1650

Ram 16 gb

CPU i7

SSD 500gb

Did everything what i couldve done. 

Power Management Ultra performance on Windows and on Nvidia control panel

Vsync disabled

Grpahic ultra performance

Choosed nvidia ultra performance on control panel

Write all that * on origin and steam

Everything updated

Gpu overclocked

And thing is when in game i put 3gb ram [ medium] its lagy, when i put without ram its unplayable but when i put 8 gb ram than its almost normal, with just little stuttering, my fps is between 90 and 150 even when i put max fps 144 or 75,with my monitor 75 hz. 

Everything was normal and than ive came back from vacation there was update to nvidia and after that the game started to be unplayable, watched all yt videos tried every sigle setting but still same, but there is something that is not normal why my I/O in game is 34/4 and sometimes when i put no ram its 14/7 with lot of stutter. Something is wrong with this game, cause COD is just fine? 

On the end ive deleted everything than again instal it and tried again, same nothing changed

    @xArmonxI did read this information, yes. However, there's more than just that is needed. Sometimes if windows gets reinstalled or depending on how old the system is, it could be a 32-bit windows OS. Unlikely if your issues are recent and have played fine before.

    Further reading, i see that your GPU and or CPU is overclocked. If these overclocks are unstable, this may give off problems while gaming. Try turning down or resetting everything back to stock, including any bios changes. This also includes NVIDIA Control panel

    Without overclicking it was unplayable, tried everything there is literally no fix to this game. Ive overclocked just to be able to play

    AAANDDDDD the Apex is fixed. How? well today i just got an update from nvidia where they said that they repaired problems with FPS and i started the game and there was no stuttering. Soo yea its not my PC its always something else cause after every update something goes wrong, like when they updated Apex once and i got such big lag, and after that there was an update for windows .NET and after that no more lagging.
