i have this problem for about 2 years

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with my Apex Legends account. Whenever I try to play, I’m stuck in the lobby with the message “Party Not Ready” even though I’m not in a party. This happens on both PS4 and PC but it strted on ps4, which tells me it’s tied specifically to my account—not my hardware, connection, or platform.

but somethimes it works for a few games and than after like an hour it jumps right back.
