Apex won’t load, gives black screen after hitting continue
I have tried everything to fix the issue, but the game simply won’t load in. Any other ideas?

A friend of mine has been having a similar, if not the same issue, for a month or so now. Basically, he will hit continue, then gets stuck in the loading screen. It used to eventually timeout and give him an error, but now it's literally an infinite load screen.

Hey, @VampyYoyo can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

If you are on switch, for some reason the "black screen" is actually just a glitch in the season intro video. Hold A for about 5-6 seconds. It should load the lobby
