Apex won’t start after easy anti cheat

When I launch my game from the ea app or from the icon on the desktop, after the easy anti cheat it returns to the ea app without starting the game , I tried running it on administrator but nothing c...

@bleykk What error are you getting, (if any), when the game crashes and are you running any software that may interfere with Apex, (such as reWASD, DS4, or AHK)?

I don’t get any error, only the game freezing randomly. I don’t what are those programs , the only thing that I’m running are amd driver software, NZXT cam, discord nothing more than programs I was having on the of I had before

  @bleykk Hmm that is strange. Here are a few things you can try:
  
  - Repair your game's files:
  
  - EA App: Go to your game library and click on Apex Legends, then click on "manage", and then "repair".
  
  - Steam: Go to your game library and click on Apex Legends, then click on the gear icon near the right side of the launcher, (below the game's artwork banner). Now, click on "properties", then "installed files", and then lastly, "verify integrity of game files".
  
  - Epic Games: Go to your game library and click on the 3 dots next to Apex Legends. Click on "manage", and then "verify".
  
  Note: If you don't see this as an option on Epic Games and you have Apex Legends installed through the EA App, follow the steps for the EA App.
  
  - Clear Game/Launcher Cache:
  
  - EA App
  - Steam
  - Epic Games
  
  Note: Steam doesn't exactly have a way to clear the game's cache, only a way to clear the download cache, but it might help.
  
  - Repair your system's files:
  
  - Open the Command Prompt in administrator mode
  
  - Type, "DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" (without the quotes), and wait for it to finish.
  
  Note: DISM stands for "Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool". It often repairs Microsoft related files, such as issues with Window apps. Some problems with the next file checker can only be fixed after running this one first.
  
  - Now type, "sfc /scannow" (without the quotes), and wait for it to finish.
  
  Note: sfc stands for "System File Checker". This one will repair system files, (such as important Windows drivers).
  
  - Lastly, restart your PC.
  
  On Linux, some had reported that updating their system had fixed the issue for them. Check with the OS' support page on how to repair the system's files.
  
  - Other possible fixes:
  
  - Disabling any programs that may interfere with Apex Legends, (such as DS4, reWASD, and AHK).
  
  - If you use AMD Software꞉ Adrenalin, try reinstalling it.
