Apex wont load, Need help

Apex will load up but after I hit continue it crashes and shows that, I've reinstalled it twice, repaired it a few times, updated my drivers, updated windows and everything I've looked up but still hasn't worked and its only Apex that does this, does anybody know how to fix this?
