APEXレジェンズの際に他のソロアカウントでは正常にプレイでき、自分のアカウントのカジュアル、アリーナ、カスタムなどは正常にプレイ可能なのにランクリーグのみプレイ時に2試合ごとにPCごとクラッシュしてしまう。治し方教えてください
