APEX/Steam error 10009

Question

Please someone help me,I updated this game on a 3080 TI RTX and it's telling me that the game failed to execute the game processWhen I click to verify, it says a file is missing. It's Error Code: 10009. This all started on 5/7/2024. Not sure if it matters but I'm on windows 10.The other thing to note is I do have a new mouse that is a Steel series and it has capturing software. I disabled it and still getting the same error message though.Sincerely,Someone that has never made it past Platinum

Disable the capture software and any security/anti-virus etc and then retry.

@EA_Barry I tried this, even uninstalled the software and nothing is working. I've also done all hyperlinks, including the two different versions of clean boots. I'm not sure what else I can do.

I had the same bug and it just couldn't be fixed, I haven't been able to launch apex for 4 months now and I'm retiring
