I've read some of the other posts and I know that the community managers here can't really help directly with the ban but I'd really appreciate it the admins here could direct me to the proper person or process so that my appeal/account can properly get looked into.
richeddi Correct, bans cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.
If you are still having issues creating a case, you can try clearing the page's cache, using a different browser, or creating a case using the link below:
