Appeal for Account Ban – Request for Review

I am writing to formally appeal the permanent ban placed on my Apex Legends account. The ban was issued approximately three months ago, and since then, I have tried multiple ways to resolve the issue with no success.

I believe the punishment was issued unfairly. The reason for the ban appears to be a message I sent during a heated match. I understand that I used inappropriate language, and I take full responsibility for that. However, the message was written in response to another player who was verbally harassing me over voice chat — including extremely offensive comments about my country and personal identity.

While my response in the chat was not ideal, I was reacting to targeted abuse and harassment. I never intended to violate the community guidelines, and I am not someone who regularly behaves this way. I love Apex Legends and have always tried to play it with respect toward others. This incident was an isolated reaction to a very upsetting situation.

I kindly ask you to reconsider the permanent ban on my account. I am more than willing to comply with all rules moving forward and can assure you that such behavior will not be repeated. At the very least, I would appreciate a chance to explain my side more directly or provide further context if needed.
