Appeal for APEX account suspension

My APEX account was mistakenly banned on the 15th. I can assure you that I have never cheated, but on the APEX forum in China, many accounts were banned on the 15th. I submitted an email to appeal my account ban on the same day, but I have not received a response yet. Could you please provide me with a specific response time?And how to contact EA customer service.

    Hey AAAAAAlolix​,

    If your case has been transferred, that does mean the advisor has sent it along to our Terms of Service team to be reviewed.

    Beyond that point, a response time will depend on how many other appeals are waiting to be reviewed ahead of yours. We wouldn't be able to provide a particular estimate because of that, unfortunately.

    If you keep an eye on your case history page here, you should get an update as soon as the ToS team completes their investigation. Thanks for the patience while they're getting to your appeal!

    I still haven't received any response to my complaints. Have they been forgotten? What else can I do besides waiting?
