Hi, I’m just wondering if you once you have submitted an appeal for a ban and not had a response yet. Can you close the case and re enter a new appeal if you're not happy with what you have entered for your first appeal? or does closing the case prevent you from ever being able to appeal again?

It'd be best if you let the appeal be reviewed and run its course. If the appeal is unsuccessful, you'll have the opportunity to create another appeal, in which you can adjust the information you've entered or add more information.
