[April 2nd] Lost account progress

I had the same thing happen to me but it happend when I tried to open the game after not playing for like 2 days it even took my battle pass progress and the fact that I bought the battle pass and now I'm on the free teir of the battle pass and i have to upgrade again is ridiculous

@JesusiLord12 I did too same day I hope its just a prank bc I lost 100 levels and a legandary skin from today before I lost my progress 😭😭😭 @unbiesoft fix this plsssss I was so happy I happy that I got the skin

Ive had the same issue logged in today and had a messge for crossplay and was a lil shocked seen as it had already been enabled for a long time on my account but i have lost my heirlooms and hundreds of skins im so upset if they cannot fix this i quit apex 

I lost all of my season 19-20 progress my heirloom is gone they need to fix thsi

dude me too it said cross progress was here ( i already did that when it came out) then forced me to except it and i lost my skins, lvl (from roughly 400+ to 350) reached plat last split reset me gave me a bronze badge and put me in rookie

I was in the lobby playing while waiting for the new update to come out as the game "detected" the update it blocked all the game modes and restarted my account level to 1 as soon as I saw that I quitted the game. 

As I came back it asked me to enable cross progression again but I already had done it before result I lost all my progress acquired between the time that I accepted my cross progression and today. 

I lost my heirlooms and the skins I acquired. 

It reseted my to the level 695 ( 195 with the green frame) but I was level 800+.

I have footage of my former level in the game in my twitch account before it reseted it and made me go through a second cross progression link.

same here, I got diamond in last split and it showed that I got bronze instead. Then my revenant heirloom skin progress got reset, my level got reset, my revenant 4000damage badge disappear, my breakout challenge progress got reset, all my rank badge of other season got deranked to bronze , the skin I got from the current event is gone, it is crazy
