[April 2nd] Lost account progress

I have the same issue as well lost all progress since the start of season 20 skins, battle pass progression and everything.

What happens when the bug occurs? Decided to log in to play a couple rounds this morning with my kids. I'm on a regular switch, they are on switch lites. All of our battle pass progress, overall level progress, items purchased or unlocked have all disappeared. It does show that I did in fact purchase the battle pass which is still good, but everything's reset back to level zero.
What should be happening instead? I should have my stuff not stolen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This is the second time now that this is happened, last time you couldn't reproduce the bug in fact you couldn't even be bothered to fix it I had to grind all the way through, to get everything back. I'm still 50 levels overall behind where I should be. My son purchased Apex packs to get a Pathfinder skin that is now gone.

I am so effing mad right now, as this is now the second time this has happened. The last time you guys couldn't be bothered to fix my account, and it was only through inhuman effort that I was able to grind through to make back what I had lost. To this day I'm still 50 levels overall lower than where I should be at least! My son spent real world money to get a Pathfinder skin from an event back in season 19, and now it is gone.

Looking at the bug reports it's nice to see that I'm not the only one, so maybe this time show us that you care and fix this!

And since this is now the second time that you've done this, I would hope that you would give something in the form of compensation rather than "sorry. Stuff happens"

What happens when the bug occurs? It try to start the game and at the beginning I get message that Cross Progression is here. I press continue and get the message that merge servers are busy, try again later. And I can't get in the lobby because I can't merge my accounts (which I'm not even trying to do...)
What should be happening instead? The game shoulzopen to the lobby

When I try to start the game on my PS4 after todays update, I end up getting message "Merge servers are busy" and I can't get the game to open. 

Is there any kind of workaround for this until they get this fixed? 

Same am on playstation 4 and when I logged in the game removed all progration I did since shadow society event I have lost around 900 crafting and all event points and all battle pass progration 

i got prompted about the cross progression and lost my progress and all my skins and even heirloom.

don't have the latest pics but I lost all the battlepass skins and for this season I already on level 45 battlepass.

i was at level 200 and now I'm back at level 100 help please.

all the exclusive skins is lost and every pack that I opened literally just gone with locked legends

Why when you link ur accounts and i even only have one of them i guess bc i was signed in from origin and now i lost like 120h of progress and like 70 euros in cash 

I logged on today and received a notification that my account was merging, this was odd since it had done this months ago. Then once I logged in I got an April fools notification and chuckled thinking it was odd since today was the second. Upon logging on I saw my account reverted to what it was months ago. I lost months of , level progress, apex packs, this battle pass progress and much more. I have restarted my game and computer and it remains the same. 

i lost hundred of levels, currency, skins, badges, etc. after receiving the cross progression prompt after this most recent update. i have not unlinked any EA account and primarily play the games on my ps5 console. i have to redo every breakout challenge and has also wiped my ranked progress this season. i lost all my exp, stats, literally everything and can’t seem to find how to get it back. i have tried contacting customer support but ofc the page for that is “having issues loading” so i’m just stuck

Same.  Tried logging in 20-25 times and no luck.  Pretty annoying.
