Apex Cross Progression 2nd Time??????

I was playing apex perfectly fine for past months and nothing happened.

Today when i open apex, Cross Progression just Pop Up and my Level is Less, heirloom is less, EVERYTHINGS LESS....

my first Cross Prog is November but out of nowhere, Today at April 2nd, 2024, it just happened again for the 2nd time and everything's a mess..

If you experience this or Devs saw this, HELPP....

Just signed in on the first day of split 2 and I seem to have dropped 400 ish levels and I had new badges and charms highlight however it was for season 19 ranked rewards that were lower than I achieved. I believe I was diamond 2 or 3 but now it’s saying I reached plat 2. What’s going on?

Okay so I just opened apex and got a notification on cross progression again and i had about 4000 apex coins and when I got into my account I only have 600 left. I didnt get anything from my ps4 account in november and either now. I just only lose stuff. Also I lost about 20 levels and battle pass with about 60 tiers. I have no idea what just happend. Please can someone help me.

I loe all my progress and batle pass that i had buyed a few weeks ago.... What is happening here'?? i lost my money?? I lost my apex coins and everything ... , rank, coins etc etc etc etc...

So Cross progression got activate on my account randomly and not only did I get deranked; but I lost both my loba prestige skin and my Valkyrie heirloom and bloodhounds. Honestly i dont care about the levels but the heirlooms and prestige skin I want back. 

My battlepass and apex event was deleted

Does anyone know how to fix this ? I lost over 130 levels went from 450 to 330 an lost all my season 20 skins had over 21 of the event skins etc.. an I lost a lot of money as well.

Hello

So after the season split I restarted the game and when I got back I checked:

That I bought and completed the battlepass : GONE , progress and battlepass bought

Every item that I unlocked from battlepass: GONE 

Apex Coins: Less then I had 

Crafting Metal: way less then I had 


My friend had , and i repete HAD , 3 heirlooms now has 2 


I know that it's not just me 


Hope this will get fixed soon

and please... please test multiple times before deploy patches
