[April 2nd] Lost account progress

    Hey everyone,

    At this point the reports we're seeing are related to unlinking an account which causes progress to be lost, not due to the situation back on April 2nd.

    Keep in mind progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

    You will need to re-link your platform to its original EA account to try restoring any missing progress. If you've already re-linked the original accounts and the progress has not returned, it would be lost permanently and unfortunately cannot be recovered.

    Locking this thread here as the issues related to April 2nd have been addressed, thanks!

  1. Everything is missing from my account I just got done playing apex ranked it said an hour was left of it I left for an hour to go eat and it pops up with a cross progression screen I close out apex and log back in and everything is gone the battle pass I payed for the skins level everything when I say everything I mean everything I spent months to get to the point I was at and I don’t want to restart I at least want a refund for everything I just spent on it and even that is gone. I just want my account back.

    Skins

    Level

    Banners

    Weapon Skins

    Weapon Levels

    Battle pass

    Every single event damage and every stat ever earned

    Apex coins

    Apex Shard things

    Apex coins

    Literally everything I can spot the difference because my level went down like 50 from where I was last month  I have video proof and picture proof just remove cross progression at this point please and revert my account to how it was an hour ago.

      The same exact thing is happening with my account right now literally the whole battle pass all recent unlocks everything! Apex better fix this or refund for sure.

        Just tried it on my other user and everybody here needs to hear that this is a problem with apex legends not us I hope they will revert it if not I want every last minute and penny I spent and more back.

    the exact same thing happend to me. lost a bunch of levels, coins, skins, heirloom and more. wtf is this
