Attempting connection (x-9)

I have been having this issue from march 29 i cant login to my game and whenever i do it kicks me out to the main menu and the same cycle keeps happening. They said they fixed it maybe 4 days ago but i see no progress in it. I couldnt play which means i lost the event rewards that i get when im playing which is really frustrating. I hope someone fixes the game its been 2 weeks now.
