I have been having problems with my audio on apex legends. Every time I play I lag and my audio is really laggy. Like we would kill a team and then 20 minutes later i finally here the gunfire from that fight. The audio is super delayed and I dont know why. I am playing on xbox and no one else is having this issue. I tried switching out HDMIs and it didnt work. I tried reseting my xbox and looking for updates but nothing. I am on wifi and not connected to the router because I live in an apartment complex and we dont have a router. But my roommate isnt having the same issues. So i have no clue what to do. Please help!

I've been having this frustrating issue for 3 weeks now. It renders the game nearly unplayable, the player not able to effectively operate in their surroundings when most of the auditory feedback is muted and delayed. Essentially, during almost every gunfight, my audio cuts out with small sound bits indiscriminately being emitted. Whether I win the fight or not due to this hindrance, the audio eventually catches up minutes later in one loud jumble of mess. This issue has cost me many kills, fights, and wins, and is incredibly infuriating when you're trying to enjoy the thrill of a hectic situation.I've tried reinstalling my Realtek HD Audio Drivers, reinstalling Origins and Apex Legends, repairing the game, moving my USB headset into different ports, and constantly tweaking game, sound, and Windows settings to no avail. The developer team has time to add a completely useless weapon, but can't look into this huge problem?

I'm having the same issue but on PC. Internet speed is fine as i'm wired in to the router. I also play on PS4 over wifi and have no issues with the audio so i am very confused.

Same thing happening to me, the audio seems to play fine up until a fight breaks out close by.Music, footsteps, distant gunfire are all fine right up until there is a close fight and from there, all the sound effects are massively delayed and running through an area where there was a big fight is like reliving the fight even if there is no action there anymore :SI've tried all combinations of video and audio settings (even on my PC settings) and done speedtest etc. Apex Legends is the only game that is having this problem for me.

I'm having the same issue but on PC. Internet speed is fine as i'm wired in to the router.

Then it has to be on their end right? I legit get so frustrated when I'm constantly slide showing when in a fight because of the audio lag.
