Australian PC ranked servers dead

Is it just me or are Australian PC players not able to find ranked games, this has been happening since last season too which just forces me to play on different servers with higher ping sometimes making the game become a lag fest. However all my console friends are able to find ranked games on console with a fairly decent queue time. 

And on another note, when I queue, the game yousto tell me how many people were queued with me but know it just says matchmaking then connects me to a match, I remember that this used to be a bug but now its for every single game I queue for.
