packet loss every game unless game is closed and reopened on ps5

been getting packet loss for months, had 4 engineers out to check my router and had no problem. ii start the game no problem get in the drop ship then be hit with a load of packet loss, i clopse the game down and reopen it, instantly get put back into the game i was in and no packet loss after that, sometimes ill get packet loss but most of the time it fixes it.
