Looks like its renamed to frame rate target control

The "FRTC" is used when you use the "Adrenalin" (AMD's software) for ingame settings, sadly it is unrelated to the limited background FPS.
(It's already set by default to 144 - due to the monitor's refresh rate)
The thing is that most likely the game has it "hardcoded" and no option to disable (or at least increase) through the game video menus, so I thought there should be a "hidden" parameter that I can pass to the EA Launcher, for example - "+fps_max 144" will set the ingame (while playing) FPS capped to 144
