Ban History contains no information

I know the Answers HQ isn't used to dispute bans, I've already tried and gotten pretty much no information.

I'm mainly curious to know from this whether or not my EA account in general is just banned at this point rather than Apex alone. I haven't tried Titanfall, but the game was dead last I knew so I don't really care to try it either.

When I go to the My Ban History page, there is almost no information at all. And the information I was given is flat out wrong to boot. I received my initial ban email in August of 2021, stating I was "cheating". Initially, I thought I was obviously hacked, but apparently the evidence wasn't good enough to get me unbanned. I've already made my peace with it and could care less since I couldn't get a response from the unban team.

I should add, this information wasn't even added in November, this information was added late 2022, almost as if my ban was a surprise to the system itself.

But after FINALLY seeing this information pop up on the "My Ban History" page, was it just my EA account in general being banned? Was I hacked and someone was using my account to cheat on a separate game from Apex altogether?

  • I had not played for around 6 months and I got banned for suspicious activity. Someone had been trying to log in and EA shut down my account. I have shown proof of purchase and still won't unban me. I talked to my bank and they said they could charge back all my money I put into this account but I just want my account back. 

  • My game bugged out and kicked me out of an arenas match resulting in a suspension and loss in RP. I didnt leave the game but i got punished anyways. I am so tired of this horribly managed game. I would really appreciate the RP back and lifting the RP decrease per game since the game is what bugged out

  • my account was banned by mistake!!!its written that i break the gamerule but i aint and as for me,i think thats because i changed my accelerator?cause i got 500+ ms!come,i dont think i use somewhat software or some,and its just because i changed my accelerator that banned my account,i aint got words to say

  • hi, after trying to connect to apex (ps5) 

    the portal says that my EA account has been ban, indeed in my ban historic i can see that im ban since feb 21 for cheating at fifa online. as i never played fifa there is no doubt of an dodgy hack and i would like justice. get back my account and start my journey on Apex.

  • hello I just got banned for absolutely no reason I've been playing this game since launch and have spent well over 2500 dollars I wake up to play like every other day I see a ban on my account it said that they sent an email to me with more details but they haven't can someone please tell me why I'm banned I haven't broken the rules and nor do I intend to for ive spent way too much to risk it

    I'm sorry, we won't know why you were banned from the forums but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.

    I have already sent them one they don’t reply nor did they send me the email they said was sent containing the info on this ban 

  • Username TheFearNvrEnds ofc i deserve a suspension but a ban? Please Ea i put money on this is the only game i play kinda unffair. Why solo q ranked exists in first place i argue with a guy who was sabottaging and i got a ban? Not fair tbh i deserve a suspension i get it. But not a ban. 

  • I appreciate all the replies stating that the problem can't be handled here, and should be directed to the TOS team.

    The problem with this, is when I attempt to email the TOS team in any way, even if just for information on my ban rather than to appeal it, I get the same automated response email saying they've investigated the problem and will not speak on it further. At this point I'm not even attempting to get unbanned, I'm just trying to figure out what the ban even is since I have 0 information on what the ban is other than what I have attached to this post.

    Talking to the Advisors, they just redirect it via email, which then instantly gets the response as I stated beforehand despite saying I shouldn't be receiving that response, but they aren't allowed to speak on bans or just don't have that information.

    Basically speaking, I have 0 way of contacting TOS because I get an instant automated response (and no, there is no one reviewing my emails, I'm getting replies within MINUTES of sending it with the exact same copy-paste statement). 

    All I want, is to know what is banned, whether it's my EA account, or if it's just on Apex. Yet, it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to find out this information at this point. I don't know if I should purchase new games or products from EA at this point because I have no clue if I could even play them since it says its an account sanction.
