Apex pls hellp

Hi, I’ve been experiencing severe lag issues in the game for the past five days, making it almost unplayable. The game constantly freezes — I’m unable to use abilities, shoot, or even move properly. It lags for several seconds, then briefly returns to normal for about a minute before the issue happens again.

This problem is persistent and extremely frustrating. Please look into this and provide a solution as soon as possible.
