Ban on Voice and Text Chat in APEX

Thanks for the screenshot. Can't exactly say what's on the screenshot you've provided, as it is in Japanese, but since you’re playing on PlayStation, I’d check a few account-level things first:

• Check your EA Penalty History to see if there are any active warnings or suspensions on the EA Account linked to your PlayStation account.
• Check the PlayStation Family and Parental Controls settings, particularly the options for online communication and user-generated content. These settings can disable both voice and text communication.
• If your PlayStation account is registered in the UK or Ireland, also check whether PlayStation is asking you to complete age verification. 
• In Apex, you can also check Settings > Gameplay > Accessibility and make sure Disable Voice Chat is set to Off.

If there’s nothing listed in your EA Penalty History and your PlayStation account settings are allowing communication, it would be useful to check whether voice/text communication works normally in other games or PlayStation parties. If it’s restricted there too, I’d recommend contacting PlayStation Support, as this may be related to the PlayStation account rather than an Apex-specific restriction.
