Ban overturned, but when trying to play the game it says that I am still banned

I logged into EAhelp today to see my ban was finally overturned after months of appealing. When I went to go and play the game it said that I am still banned. What do I do? UPDATE 10/28/2023: After ...

Hello!

My ban status is Overturned, however I still cannot play Apex Legends. I contacted support and I was advices to raise this here and provide a case number - 158354323.

Could someone look into this, please?
