My account got resetted

Account got reseated

My account got ressetted and I still haven’t gotten my stuff r anything back made me lvl 1 and every thing if u looo at tracker you can still see my stuff but in game I don’t got nothing

Heya,

Have you returned from the game after a long break and are just now seeing this, or have you been playing actively for the past few days and has this just happened?

What platform are you playing on, and have you recently unlinked/relinked any of your platform accounts?
Keep in mind that all in-game progress is stored on the EA Account, so if you are for example playing on Steam, and unlink your Steam account from your EA Account, you won't be able to access your progress unless you were to re-link it back to your EA Account.
