@TheRedLion93 I have, they've told me that there is nothing that they can do on their end due to my last 3 disputes from a month ago being denied. They are unable to escalate my case or connect me to anyone that can help me with the situation. I've also tried via email, to which they are all automatically denied.

I do apologize for the inconvenience. But if there’s no other way to overturn your ban, there’s nothing else we can do.
But I do believe you can creat another account if I’m not mistaken. (Not sure if you can use the same email) But once, I do apologize that there’s no other alternative for you.

- 2 years ago@TheRedLion93 My ban is labelled as overturned on the EAhelp website on my ban history. My issue is that when I try to play Apex it still says that I am banned in the game. I really don't want to create a new account, because I've put time and money on this account I'm trying to dispute.
