Launching

Apex won’t let me get on the game. I made a new account on ps5 and will let me get on the game but not my main account. I deleted the game and everything and still nothing. I unlinked my EA and and let me on the game and logged back in and was able to play but after I restarted the game it still brings up the CE-180255-1 code. (Not banned) and it doesn’t say on ea I have any penalty’s
