Ban overturned, but when trying to play the game it says that I am still banned

I logged into EAhelp today to see my ban was finally overturned after months of appealing. When I went to go and play the game it said that I am still banned. What do I do? UPDATE 10/28/2023: After ...

@TheRedLion93 My ban is labelled as overturned on the EAhelp website on my ban history. My issue is that when I try to play Apex it still says that I am banned in the game. I really don't want to create a new account, because I've put time and money on this account I'm trying to dispute.

You can try and contact an advisor and may be able to look into this further. To get in touch with one, try messaging @EAHelp through Twitter to see if you can get a better response
