I got banned for no reason and cannot appeal at all

I tried to play with my friend yesterday, and suddenly it got dislinked from my EA account. I checked my account detailed and showing permanent banned when I did not play at all. My last game was about 2 weeks ago and never played before that. I tried to submit it on appeal and live chat on customer services but it kept showing case not created and live chat showed a repeated message. Could I get back my account? At least I want to know who hacked my account or what was problem is.

    Hey ChibiRika​,

    It's odd that your attempts to start a case are failing. Are you still having issues, or was it just a temporary hiccup?

    If you're still having issues, could you try reaching out via an incognito window as a guest (without logging in)? Let me know if that lets you raise a case.

    Hello, I tried 3 days per row, even early morning, lunch time, afternoon, late night but still I having issues to start a case.

    I also tried an incognito window as a guest, but still I cannot make cases either.

    Are you getting the exact same error? This might be a long shot, but it could be an issue with your browser, especially if you're getting the same thing without logging in. Do you have any others you can use?

    Hello, Sorry for the late reply,

    I am using Chrome only and it is still having exact same error. I also tried with Microsoft Edge just in case, but I still have the same error. Is there any solution or email address to send my appeal directly?

  • EA_QueenBee​ hello, i posted a similar post to this 2 days ago and im having the same issue with no solution i tried the guest method like EA_Mako​ told me but i still cant submit my case and there is no way to reach someone on support, by the way there is no penalty or violation in the history of my account.
