Ban Record
My EA shows no ban record, but when I log in to the game, it shows a ban. This situation has been going on for three or four months. How can I solve it? There is no channel for me to appeal!

Just to check, what platform do you play on? If it's Steam, could you quickly log in here with your EA account to see if they're linked properly?

I played on the Steam platformI have checked that my Steam and EA accounts are connected normally. When I log in to Apex Legends, it shows that I have been banned, but other EA games such as FC25 can be played. I am experiencing the exact same issue as Sgio10, but under more extreme circumstances, and standard support has completely failed to resolve it multiple times.
My account (oDewritos) was hacked and utilized by an unauthorized user who caused the permanent ban on August 13, 2025. While my account ownership has been confirmed and restored, the permanent ban flag remains active in-game, mirroring this "no ban record but banned" issue.
I have filed four appeals and confirmed my linked Steam/Google accounts, yet I only receive automated denials that ignore the security breach.
I urgently need a Community Manager's direct intervention to bypass the broken appeal system and manually escalate my case to the Senior Security Team for a review of the IP logs. I am being unjustly punished for a crime committed against me.
