Ban wave

So, after helping my new born baby niece and a long day of college, I decide to go log in, “ea has banned your account” no I’ve had this account for a span of 4 years? And for the first 3 I was barely on this game now I’m more active on it and I get banned today with no reason labelled as you can see in the picture, I don’t use cheats like I don’t even know how the hell you install them to slow for that I’ve never used vulgur messages on the game I play (apex) and I just get banned randomly???? I need a reason attached this, things like this isn’t fair

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

Hi can you at least list the reasons someones ea account can get banned cause this is really confusing.

I have received a ban for 3 days for my PlayStation username. no warning at all. I have been waiting over 24 hours since following the procedures outlined about disputing and no reply. more than likely wont be replied to before the bans over. No option anywhere for any support. Please help

Unfortunately the EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.

All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3.

It may take some time for a reply.
