Ban

Hello There,

I've been banned 4 months ago due to Hateful Conduct. I just said [Snip] in game chat while playing Apex Legends. After a day i've been banned permamently in all EA games not only Apex Legends. And i can't play online in any games. I just wanna tell a thing to be clear; before this happened i got Suspension for a week.

After i got ban i've been try to dispute it so many times. I created 10+ cases to dispute but all the replies was the same. They just keep saying "We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.". I'm really regret and so sad for this behave, my apologies. You are right to ban me but i think it shouldn't be permanent. Every people could do bad things and regret it like me. Anyway after all the cases i'm still banned. 

Now at least i want to create a new EA account and start playing from zero. But there's a problem here. My Steam account linked to banned EA account. To unlink it i've created lots of cases again and they just keep telling me "it's not possible". I'm wondering why it's not possible. I'm not asking you to remove ban perma ban. I'm just asking to unlink my connection from banned account. Is it really hard to help a gamer who is regret for he did. Why they keep blocking me to play the games i liked. I played FIFA series since FIFA20 and in FIFA23 Ultimate Team i had my best squad. In Apex Legends i've done so much payment. I'm done with my ban but at least remove my connections from banned account.
