Baned for no reason

same. someone hacked my account last year (2024 july) and i didnt even play apex last year. now when i try to unlink my steam account, it doesnt let me to unlink. i dont need apex account but i need to unlink it. i send an appeal but didnt reply. i dont know why is this happened to innocent people.
