Bangalore Smoke/Ult and Gibraltar Ult FPS Drop

Hey Guys, I've seen a thread or two about this before but I never saw any issues get resolved so I figured I'd throw my hat in the ring. I have a PC with an Intel i9-10850k CPU and an Nvidia 3080Ti GPU. I'm playing 1440p at 240hz and despite lowering as many settings as I can, Bangalore Smokes/Ultimate and Gibraltar's Ultimate absolutely tank my fps to usually around 80 until they are all dissipated. I've made sure to set the dedicated GPU in my Nvidia Control Panel settings to the 3080Ti and the only other thing I have running in the background is usually Discord. I'm happy to provide any other details to help see if there isn't some fix I can do.
