Giothebeat Correct, in Season 20, (March 2024), it was a major nerf to Bangalore.
Key patch changes from Season 20's patch notes:
- Smoke Launcher:
No longer deals damage - Smoke duration reduced 18s → 11s
- Cooldown increased 33s → 35s
- Smoke dissipates faster
