I’m sorry you’re having to wait so long. Unfortunately there is a backlog of these issues which means they’re taking longer than expected to fix up. It’s just a case of having to sit tight and wait it out.

Select Origin>Choose Platform>Manage Account >Banned or Suspended account and then select an available contact option
As I tell many people daily, make sure 2FA is activated on your account to protect it. Nobody will access it if that is activated.
