Banned account...why??

I got banned and I don't know why....I don't even know if it's someone reported me or if it's Apex anti-cheat or some automatic tool (I have no idea how it works).

Of course I don't even know how to install or use cheats (my K/DR is 0.81!!!!) and I always play with random players and I usually mute them.

Reading online I've seen there's probably no solution, except waiting the TOS answer that I suppose will never arrive...anyway, I followed the instructions at https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/ and after that I got an email where EA kindly informs me that:

"We noticed that your EA account broke EA’s gameplay rules. Because your account was cheating, we’ve permanently blocked your access to Apex Legends’ online features."

That's it...no other informations...All I know is I didn't cheat.

funny thing...after subscribing to this forum I keep getting funny and happy emails from Answers HQ where they congratulate with me for the new badges I earned...thanks so much, that helps a lot.

@C64_SX it's same to me too i got K/DR 0.71 and they banned me, you can see the pin topic of banned many people got same problem but they just dont care about it LOL XD

I issued the same thing today. I went through the process but they refuse my half of it, telling me to go to EA help, I did, and they just replied with, "Because your account was cheating, we’ve permanently blocked your access to Apex Legends’ online features."
When I made the statement on this site they just told me to contact EA help again, so really they are just throwing me around at this point.

I'm literally in the exact same position. Haven't heard from them in over 2 weeks.

@Errox713 yep and if you write here they tell you to use the form...we're in this pointless loop....

I was level 500 and finished all the objectives...honestly I don't care so much about badges, trackers, etc...I just played to have fun so even if I must do a new account I really don't care about all that stuff (just the weapons' skins that could be useful I think)...

What would really bother me with a new account is that I should pay to unlock 10 legends!!! This is crazy!!!!

Yeah I have ~$300-400 dollars into my account and they can't even give me a proper justification to why I was banned or the "investigation" they did that deemed my account ban worthy. This is so ridiculous.

received again the same email that gives no explanations
