We can't help with account bans here on the forums. If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to our terms of service team. They can take a look into this for you.
After checking the exported game logs, I noticed there is a six-hour time difference between my last in-game match and the moment my account was suspended. I am completely unaware of anything that occurred within this period. My account was restricted without any actions taken by myself, and this has truly brought me great distress.
