Banned again - They Don't Care About Us
EA doesn't care about regular gamers at all.
On April 7, my account was unfairly suspended. I submitted multiple appeals and contacted them via live chat, but they were all rejected.
Then, 20 days later, they suddenly lifted the suspension. At that time, I didn’t file any appeal.
Without any notice or email, it suddenly disappeared from my Penalty History.
And a week later, my account was suspended again for the same reason.
They refuse to admit their mistakes.
If I post something like this, someone claiming to be a community manager will probably show up and say they can’t help.
In that case, where, how, and through what means should regular users ask for help?
Are we just supposed to wait endlessly, without a second thought, by submitting a complaint—not
knowing when, or even if, you’ll resolve it?
EA proudly boasted on social media that they had banned 70,000 Apex players.
Are they really bragging about that number after indiscriminately banning the accounts of innocent people like this?
Even if you just look at social media—not just this forum—people with a KD of 1.0 or lower are complaining that their accounts were unfairly banned. So why were their accounts banned in the first place?
The photos I’ve provided show the list of emails I sent to EA on April 12 and 13 appealing the account ban.
Then, on May 6, I was banned again. When I logged into EA, the account ban that had been lifted in April should have appeared in my Penalty History, but EA quietly deleted it because they didn’t want to admit their mistake.
I have already submitted all the evidence, including gameplay livestreams, a list of programs installed on my PC, and my EA and Steam login records.
And this was the response I received each time:
"Hi,
We’ve completed a new review of your most recent appeal regarding the action taken on your EA Account.
Decision on your appeal
After carefully reviewing your appeal, we have again confirmed that the penalty on your account was applied correctly and should remain in place.
Our rules
Being part of a gaming community should mean that all players are safe, welcome, and included. We’ve created the Positive Play Charter to explain what behavior and content is and isn’t allowed across EA games and services."
So, after lifting the account ban secretly out of the blue,
they banned the account again.
Other gamers reading this should keep this in mind as well.
They suspend accounts without giving any consideration to skill level or valid reasons, and then brag about it as if it were some kind of achievement.
