Forum Discussion
@ArkhramAssasin1x This is going to sound like an "AI" response, (I just have a copy/paste thing), but unfortunately any ban-related issue cannot be handled on the forums as this can only be looked into by the EA TOS Team.
All information about the ban should be in an email that was sent out to you. (You may need to check your spam folder to find the email). Alternatively, you can check your ban history here, (but some bans may not appear here).

Its possible that the ban was a false ban, (and if it was, you should be able to get it lifted).
Note: I don't work for EA/Respawn, and the Community Managers are unable to help with banned accounts. As mentioned above, only the EA TOS Team can handle banned accounts.
I understand dude, and I appreciate the reply. I was just venting. We've been trying to appeal it but all we're getting is he "violated our User Agreement", and that's all they're saying. It's frustrating because we don't even know why that's the reason for the ban and they're not telling. It's frustrating for me as his older brother to see his account that he spent so much time on and spent so much money, get banned for something that's untrue.
He showed me an email they sent him this morning basically telling him they've locked his entire EA Account because of "suspicious activity"; the only thing we did was try to appeal the bans with a few cases and it seems like that you get banned for.
I genuinely appreciate the reply as I didn't know where else to vent my frustration out when it feels like you're doing everything and getting nowhere.
