Sorry to hear that you're getting mixed messaging about your account status while in-game.

Unfortunately, we don't have the right tools or records to help with account-related requests here on the forums. So you'll want to get in touch with live support again and have them take a closer look at your account. I know being redirected to the source you already contacted isn't ideal, but the team there has the information needed to look into this with you.
