Banned, coming after only one suspension months ago and stuff

Hello, so here's my situation: I have been banned for "hateful conduct". I have only had one suspension before on my whole account, which has been created in 2015 if I'm not mistaken.

I have contacted support on this. I am sure some other players can relate to this, where you play ranked and can get competitive, and want to enjoy good teamwork and a friendly environment at the same time; however, you might be trolled or at least one of your teammate doesn't help (maybe even intentionally) you, which can be enough for the game to be over and you might get angry and let out some words because you might feel like you've been trolled/not helped intentionally, and perhaps after one of the teammates have been toxic first.

Here's the thing: other games have specific text or voice suspension(s), depending on the situation, where you can not use them for a time. Even that can make you go something like "okay, it seems like I have been toxic in chat, and I can't use it now, and my game suffers because I can't give comms. I even know the suspension can get longer IF I immediately get back to being toxic after my suspension ends; let me be a better teammate and not be toxic." You don't get permanently banned from the full game though, after one (chat) suspension.

I have expressed my apologies to the team, and I never go into matches to intentionally ruin someone's day by being toxic - like I said, some things can get to your head: like if you feel like your teammate(s) has let you down (on purpose).

Another ironic part/thing: Even if I'm unbanned or not, I would still go into the game and try not to be toxic, just 'cause I see the severity of this ban now - but I would maybe potentially not even be let in anyways. Here are some things which maybe could have even stopped the "hateful conduct" (just came to my mind)!: a guarantee from the suspension(s) that your account would be banned (permanently?🙂) next, a confirmation of the text sent that it would lead to that before writing it, a warning that you're still in that "danger zone"! There have been 4 months since I've been "clean" from the suspension to this ban!

Anyways, again, I hope some people might see this, relate, or understand what I'm talking about. That would be it, and sorry again for the outbursts. It would be a promise from me just because I see the importance of this team on this topic as well to not be toxic ever again on all the types of chat available on this platform/game.
