Banned for "cheating" after not playing for 6mo-1yr

Question

I picked up Apex on launch and played pretty consistently for a long time. After a while and a few other big releases, I ended up shelving the game for other stuff. I didn't play for approximately six months. I end up reinstalling the game after so many months of not touching it, only to find out I've somehow gotten banned for cheating.

I followed the proper steps to appeal the ban, as I've never once cheated. The appeal was instantly denied with no explanation. I've never cheated before, and want to know why and (most importantly) WHEN I was banned. I've googled this issue, and have noticed a trend of certain software tripping the anti-cheat software (Corsair's iCue, for example).

I've done nothing to deserve this ban, and the customer service I've received from Electronic Arts has been automated and *-poor.

In addition to this, my ban history page shows no bans on my account. I can't even properly dispute it, because it doesn't populate the list.

Hey @AdamTK100&nbsp;if after an investigation our TOS team has denied your appeal then there is nothing that anyone can do to change this.

There was no ToS violation, though.&nbsp;I didn't play the game for several months and came back to a banned account with zero details regarding my ban. The appeals process is seems to be entirely automated, and I was wrongfully banned and want my account back.&nbsp;
