Banned for first offense
This is my first offense and I'm just flat out banned, it's not fair while the guy being racist to me is free. He was being racist and calling me slurs during ranked while I'm dead so I can't mute him or idk how. Everytime I went to the menu it showed leave or setting because I'm spectating our 3rd. I couldn't take it anymore I I was calling him dumb bcuz he didn't understand my sarcasm in the chat but I used the r word or slur. I could argue why I don't see that word as a slur but I won't bother. But I don't see how that's worse or how I'm permanently banned over defending myself

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times.I have text chat and audio chat switched off and I don't use headphones. I use the ping system to communicate. No way I allow toxic people into my life. But if you do, you cannot retort in kind. It is not "defending" yourself. Not only do you lower yourself to their level, but you are doing what they doing and risk a ban by doing so, which happened in your case. Do not reply and report them.
