I have the same problem. I created topic on 6th may, it was closed. I sent 60+ emails with proofs, videos to support with no positive result though.
At one moment EA just declined my replies and all i got is only auto-reply:
Hello,
We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.
Please do not expect further responses on this matter.
Account still not unbanned, I created new one and got banned too, but unbanned after 1 email. I still hope that my account would get unbanned.
They haven't investigated anything which is why these false bans are still happening till this day.
They haven't bothered to fix their mixtape bot problems too.
Which has escalated to innocent people getting banned.
I just sent my 2nd appeal with 5000 letters and awaiting an actual investigation on the matter.
EAC is beyond broken at this point.
Months ago they bans were handed to innocent steamdeck players, that's insane and unacceptable
Why they haven't fixed their unreliable anti cheat and numerous bugs and glitches that can cause a false ban is beyond me.
I'm just devastated to have my apex account that I've been grinding since day 1, spent thousands of hours and money on get taken away without me breaking any TOS.
Has anyone had any luck getting their accounts back?
It seems EA and respanwn are just ignoring this issue even though it's pretty clear that something isn't right with how specific these false bans occur..
Me too bro is there nothing we can do to get our accounts back? It still lets me in the range and tdm but never can get enough players to actually play the game.
I would say just try to appeal but their appeal system is so bad.
It doesn't even let me enter firing range or anything...
Why the hell do I need to worry constantly about getting false banned in apex?
Few months ago steamdeck users getting false ban wave...then a few years ago a security breach caused false bans. Now this tdm bot issue???!
Is this how you treat your dedicated players? By banning them for just trying to play TDM?
It's not our fault tdm is filled with bots especially Japan and Singapore servers where I mostly play...
I've sent multiple screenshots and proof of this issue and posts on the internet to TOS team and they didn't do anything.
Nor did they investigate the root of the problem.
They probably just check the records of EAC which we know by now is faulty and broken, and just base their judgment on that alone...
For the love of god please fix your game EA/Respawn...
