Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I was banned after my account was hacked earlier this year on apex legends. I've been trying to appeal but have been stuck in a loop which has made it impossible. The penalty doesn't show in my penalty history so I can't appeal and when I use the webform there's no way to contact them and it just directs me to the penalty history tool which doesn't show anything. I have contacted live support and they direct me to the webform which they say allows me to contact them but it doesn't. This has been an extremely frustrating experience since I have now missed 1 battlepass that had skins I really wanted. I would love for my case to be escalated and for EA to fix the penalty history bug so others don't have the same thing happen to them.
