Banned for no reason (EA doesn't care about it's users)

Got banned for 3 days. Didn't do anything wrong can't call anyone or chat with anyone at EA "just send us an email and in 30 days we'll get back to you". There was no reason for a ban but I can't even get in contact with anyone to dispute it .... Thanks EA. Can't wait for the first comment on here to tell me to go to the contact EA page to write another email....

I just got banned as well, except there is no substance to the ban, there is no extra information, just says "The client's game account has been banned: Banned" no emails, no nothing.

The reason for your ban should've been mentioned, if you didn't get it then try checking your spam folder.
Typically you get a response within 72 hours from what I've heard, 30 days is pretty much the max time it can take, very unlikely though.

Very bad service system! I got banned for 10 day with no reason I follow step by step the whole process to contact a customer since 30 time but nobody solve the problem, just sent to me a pre compiled mail! Very very bad, the site don't work well and the chat live or the possibility to call them, are vanished!

Oh I got a reason. And it's not true been trying to dispute it for a day now can't talk to literally anyone signed up for a call and when it came they immediately hung up on me

Update : EA send me an email saying my name violates its terms of service (Imasquirtyou) and then BLOCKED MY EMAIL FROM CONTACTING THEM. No discourse no explantation and no options for me to even contact them. I've not ever had a worse experience with a company.
